Yes. For all repair inquiries, please email us including your name, receipt, description, and photo of the damage. If it is not included in your warranty, we will provide you with an accurate repair quote.
Yes! It is safe and effective on all diamonds, metals, and gems including soft, porous stones like pearls and opal. Our Foaming Cleaning solution can be used for fashion jewelry as well. On the other hand, we also offer a Cleaner Pen, also safe and effective on all diamonds, metals, and gems (except Amber and Ethiopian Opal). Both of these products are also safe to use on antique jewelry, great to have on hand or at home to bring out the shine in your beautiful pieces!

We ship worldwide. If the product is available, orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Please refer to each product for lead time and estimated shipping details. We offer free ground shipping to the US on all orders over $250.
We also offer local pick-ups in Miami, Florida. In order to do this, you need to select that option at check-out.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 30 days of receiving your order. Made to order items and custom designs are final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Yes. You can modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please be aware that after this time, only exchanges or store credit will be available.
Yes. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination. Pieces are shipped through DHL internationally and will be fully insured. Please be aware when ordering from overseas your package will be subject to all duties and taxes imposed by the destination country.

This will depend on the shipping option and destination. If you are in Miami, Florida it can take as little as a day, and if you are overseas, delays may occur due to Holidays and/or any unforeseen events such as floods or typhoons.
