14k Yellow Gold Cross Pendant. Available in 16 x 28 mm (2.2 g) and 12 x 21 mm (1.4 g).

No stones, no engraving, no decoration — just gold, proportion, and polish. A plain cross is the hardest religious piece to make well precisely because there is nowhere to hide: the proportions of the arms, the depth of the bevel, and the quality of the finish are the entire design.

Two sizes, and the choice is genuinely personal. The 12 x 21 mm is the one for a baptism, a first communion, or a child who will grow into it. The 16 x 28 mm has real presence on an adult and reads clearly in photographs.

14k gold is 58.5% pure, alloyed for strength, which is the right specification for a piece meant to be worn daily for decades rather than kept in a box. It resists scratching better than higher karats and holds its polish.
